- STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Fill your kettle with fresh, filtered water and heat to just short of boiling. Place one teaspoon of leaves per 6 oz water into your pot or infusing basket. Pour the heated water over tea leaves and infuse for 5–7 minutes. Experiment to find your favored steeping time. Remove tea leaves and enjoy, Sip by Sip. Great for multiple infusions! For iced tea, double the amount of tea leaves used and pour over a generous amount of ice.
