Drink one cup every morning or brew twice as long then dilute and drink throughout the day. Add 1 teaspoon (2.5gr) to tea bags or tea strainer. Infuse in 8 oz of hot water for 4-6 minutes. Remove tea bag/strainer and enjoy! (Tea can be brewed twice) Add some fruit and ice for a cool fresh treat or warm with honey for a smooth tea!
